We are in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada and all items are made here.
Do you have a storefront?
We do not have a storefront, but we are at several local markets each fall/winter season. We are also in bricks-and-mortar shops in the Hamilton/Niagara area. Just click on the "Find us Locally" tab for all the details.
How much is shipping?
Shipping varies based on the item and the location is it being sent. We charge a flat shipping fee for all of your items (so charges do not accumulate the more you buy) and offer free shipping on orders of $100 (CAD) within Canada and the Continental United States. Smaller items may be sent without tracking.
How long does shipping take?
We aim to ship all items within 1 week, if not sooner. Please note this can take longer during peak holiday shopping season (Nov-Dec) and due to COVID-19 there have been unexpected and unpredictable delays in some shipments.
How long does it take a digital purchase to be sent?
We do our best to send patterns as soon as they purchased. However, due to time differences and the fact they need to be sent manually, it could be up to 12 hours. Please remember to check your junk mail & please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any concerns about your pattern at all.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you have any issues or concerns regarding your order, please contact us immediately (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will work together to find a resolution.
