Shipping + Pick Up

How much is shipping?

Shipping varies based on the item and the location is it being sent. We charge a flat shipping fee for all of your items (so charges do not accumulate the more you buy) and offer free shipping on orders of $150 (CAD) within Canada and the Continental United States. Smaller items may be sent without tracking.

How long does shipping take?

We aim to ship all items within 1 week, if not sooner. We are based in Ontario, Canada.

Shipping within Canada generally takes 3-7 business days.

Shipping to the United States generally takes 1-2 weeks.

**Please note this can take longer during peak holiday shopping season (Nov-Dec) and due to COVID-19 there have been unexpected and unpredictable delays in some shipments.** 

Where do you ship?

Currently, we only ship to Canada and the United States. 

Shipping Policies:

Please note we have no control over packages once they are with the carrier.

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information provided by customers or if your package arrives and you do not collect it (if applicable) within the allotted time frame. You will be charged full freight to reship the order once it has been returned to us.

Lost Packages:

Please note the following timelines for declaring a package lost. During the month of December these timelines are automatically extended by 2 weeks.

Canada - Tracked: 4 weeks; Untracked (lettermail): 6 weeks

United States - Tracked: 6 weeks; Untracked (lettermail): 8 weeks

Local Pick Up

We offer free contactless local pickup in Hamilton. Please select this option at checkout.

Once your order is ready, you will receive an email confirmation with details about pickup. We do not schedule appointments - once your order is ready, you just let us know what day works for you to pick up. Your order will then be available that day from 8 am on, so you can swing by whenever works best for you.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you have any issues or concerns regarding your order, please contact us immediately (info@roughbarkknits.com) and we will work together to find a resolution.
